With over 18 years in both mortgage lending and title insurance, Scott Rutkay runs the day-to-day operations of Concourse Land Transfer. Scott has been a quarterly contributor to New Jersey’s title insurance magazine “The Advocate” for over 10 years. Additionally, Scott serves on the NJLTA Convention Committee as well as serving as a trustee of the New Jersey Title Insurance Political Action Committee.
Paul Figueroa III, Esq
Paul, Concourse’s in-house attorney is barred in New Jersey. Paul generallycoordinates all purchases for the firm and is a subject matter expert in all matters related to transferring property.Paul routinely generates legaldocuments required to transfer property in New Jersey and can coordinate their generation in other states. Paul is also a New Jersey Title Insurance Producer.

Alicia coordinates all purchase and refinance closings and fundings.Alicia is also a New JerseyTitle Insurance Producer.
Antonia Pocanic
Antonia coordinates with individual banks to both create title commitments as well as closing documents.
Kim Murphy
Kim coordinates all post-closing functions including generating final title policies and working with lenders to satisfy any trailing document request.
